All items are sent via Royal Mail Signed For services. You can track your order via the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Times & Charges

All parcels are sent via Signed for delivery with tracking details provided via email.
The delivery charges are calculated according to the item’s total weight/quantity of a customer’s order.

Second Class Delivery: 3-5 days – £4.55
2kg (2 items approx.) for £4.55

First Class Delivery: 1-3 days – £5.55 
2kg (2 items approx.) for £7

Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day

International Delivery
This is calculated by the weight of the parcel

*Subject to the weight of the parcel. Prices are indicative. The more items you add to the basket, the postage may increase due to weight.
Delivery times are indicative. While we ensure your order is sent off and dispatched immediately, it is the courier’s responsibility if there is any other delay. Please keep patient if you face delays.
If you place an order via Special Next Day Delivery, please bear in mind the order will be posted the next working day.

For example, an order placed for next day delivery on Monday will be posted on Tuesday, which you should receive guaranteed for Wednesday.
Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

We DO NOT post on the weekends, bank holidays and national holidays.


Our Policy

We have a NO refund/exchange policy, unless the item is damaged. Please report any damaged items within 24 hours of receiving via email.

Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase.
A refund will be processed within 3 days after we received the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Although, unlikely, should you not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us for proof of postage/tracking. We will not be held responsible for any missing/lost parcel. However, proof of delivery can be requested from us in the event of an undelivered parcel. If the parcel has been lost/undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail with the proof of postage receipt.
